Anti-scam policy
The staff at Slavic Bridge is dedicated to your goal of finding your loving soulmate and we want to ensure you feel secure in that effort. As such, we want to address the unfortunate incidents known within our industry as "scamming". Various unscrupulous agencies or individual women may attempt to exploit your sincerest feelings and desires for their personal material or financial gain. This is accomplished through various means within dating sites i.e. overly affectionate letters early on or requests for funds to acquire passports, airline tickets, support for family etc. We strongly recommend that our customers never forward money in any form to the ladies until after the first personal meeting when you have had time to form a more substantial bond and know the lady well. Other agencies have worked to expose those women or agencies with a history of taking advantage of customers. Many sites contain lists of agencies and names of women along with their picture and stories of their various scams.
As noted within our company policy we work to vet the agencies we work with and to ensure the women's profiles are both legitimate and truthful. On occasion however, dishonest people will escape our detection and in this we ask for your assistance. Should you for any reason feel uncomfortable with the manner you are approached within a correspondence or telephone conversation by one of the ladies represented at Slavic Bridge we ask that you alert us to your concerns via our customer service email customersupport@slavicbridge.com.
Once informed of your concerns we will review the correspondence or your specific complaint and closely examine the ladies profile and affiliate agency.
If your concerns are well founded we will drop the lady from our site and inform the associated affiliate that they have been representing dishonest people.
If the incident recurs within the same affiliate agency they will be dropped by Slavic Bridge. Our staff may also report the lady to a more centralized data base where she and her profile and means of exploitation are publicly advertised in an attempt to warn others.
Our staff is represented by people who have used international dating services in search of true love and companionship and we understand your immense commitment in emotions, dreams and even finances to this important effort. We also have a staff that is long experienced in the business of correspondence between western men and the women of the former Soviet Republics; as such we are "street savvy" to the problem of scamming. Once your concerns are expressed we will work to protect your interests and to preserve the integrity we have worked so hard to attain within our business.
