This site is intended for the sole use of those who are 18 years of age or older and for the purpose of extending acceptable communication between our clients to perpetuate personal relationships. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you accept this and agree to adhere to the following standards of conduct while using our services and our web pages.
This Agreement will remain in effect while you are a member of Slavic Bridge and have access to our site and services. You have the right to terminate your participation at our site at any time. Slavic Bridge reserves the right to cancel your membership should there be any inappropriate behavior or usage of our site and services as will be outlined in the provisions below. If you have violated the provisions of conduct as stipulated herein you will not be entitled to any refund of unused credits.
- As mentioned above, this site is intended for personal use by our members and is not intended for use by commercial enterprises such as organizations, companies, or businesses. Commercial interests may not use our services for any purposes. We will also protect our site from any unwarranted or illegal exploitation of personal information contained within our site i.e. names, email addresses, account information etc.
- You also agree that Slavic Bridge reserves the right to review all letters, messages and photo's to ensure they comply with the standards of conduct required by Slavic Bridge members. We reserve the right to delete information that is deemed inappropriate due to its being sexually explicit or offensively disrespectful to other members.
- You are also personally responsible for the information you post and your conduct toward other Slavic Bridge members. Additionally you agree that whatever information you post within the Slavic Bridge domain can be utilized by Slavic Bridge as intended by our services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Inappropriate content - In accordance with the above provisional right for Slavic Bridge to remove data that is posted through our site the following informational content is deemed unacceptable by our administrators and may provide grounds for your removal as a member of the site. You may not engage in inappropriate discussions with other members that include racism or sexual harassment. The use of sexually explicit or pornographic material is expressly prohibited. In addition, conveying threats or suggesting any harm toward any person or other members of our site and affiliates will also be grounds for termination of your account.
- As mentioned above this site is not to be used for commercial purposes. You agree to refrain from using our correspondence or telephone phone contact services for the purposes of selling products or services.
- Additionally, Slavic Bridge is not to be utilized as a conduit for the transmission of copyrighted, protected material or the transmission of any illegally acquired information or computer based data.
- Slavic Bridge works hard to ensure the affiliate agencies used by Slavic Bridge provide honest representation of their ladies profiles and services to Slavic Bridge. Slavic Bridge has developed an active quality assurance policy that is contractually agreed upon with affiliate agencies. Any violation of these contracts or if affiliates are found to be conducting dishonest practices they will be barred from utilizing Slavic Bridge services. If you, as a member, suspect wrong doing on the part of any lady or organization please notify our customer support at customersupport@slavicbridge.com
- While we do allow exchanges of personal telephone numbers following the initial exchange of letters, we do require all members to refrain from exchanging URLs or email addresses. Slavic Bridge controls content within its site and 3-way interpreted telephone conversations but cannot be held responsible for any information exchanged between members via personal telephone conversations once telephone numbers are exchanged.
- Honest and representative customer service is our priority at Slavic Bridge. While Slavic Bridge is not obligated to involve itself in member disputes, Slavic Bridge customer service stands ready to assist and investigate any charges levied by Slavic Bridge members. Following internal investigation of correspondence exchanges and the subsequent sharing of results with disputants; Slavic Bridge will expect disputing members to act in accordance with its findings. Slavic Bridge reserves the right to settle disputes between members and all decisions of the board will be final. You agree that Slavic Bridge cannot be held liable for travel expenses or funds expended during visit or tours to visit women represented by Slavic Brdige and its affiliate agencies.
- By working together under the provisions of this agreement in an honorable and respectful environment we can provide you the intended services of this site and assist you in finding your loving foreign wife. We ask all members to be respectful of this policy and let's work together for success.
